ORDERING

How do I place an order?

If you have already been set up with a Youfoodz Wholesale account, follow these steps to place your order: 

  1. Visit yfwholesale.com
  2. Log in at the top right of the screen. Your username is your email. Your password was chosen when you set up your account via the initial Account Invitation email.
    If you have forgotten your password, there is an option for you to send a ‘reset password’ email.
  3. Click ‘Order’ to view the Youfoodz menu. 
  4. There is no pre-filled order, so go wild and start adding items to your cart!
    Simply type the quantity of a line item you wish to add to your cart and click ’ADD TO ORDER’. 
  5. You can see how many items are in your cart using the ‘cart counter’ at the bottom right.
  6. Once you’re happy with your order, click ‘Cart’ in bottom right hand corner.
  7. After reviewing your order and ensuring there are no errors, click the ‘Check Out’ button.
  8. Select your delivery day and click ‘Continue to payment method’.
  9. Your payment options will either be an invoiced account if you have had this approved, or credit card using Paypal.
    Select your option and click ‘Complete Order’.

                    Who should I contact if my order hasn't been received?

                    For any general logistics concerns, reach out to wholesale@youfoodz.com as your first point of contact.

                    Will Youfoodz be closed during the Holiday period?

                    Youfoodz will shut over some parts of the Holiday period; for specific dates, please refer to our Holiday Calendar for more information.


                    I have a quality concern, who should I contact?

                    For any quality assurance and food safety concerns please send an email to both wholesale@youfoodz.com AND qa@youfoodz.com within three days of delivery with a photo, your invoice number, and details about the items.


                    Will my delivery days change during the Holiday period?

                    It’s possible your delivery days may change over the holidays; please refer to our Holiday Calendar for more information.


                    What is my cut-off time for ordering during the holiday period??

                    Your usual order cut-off time may differ during thisperiod; please refer to our Holiday Calendar for more information.


                    Will there be a limited menu over the holiday period?

                    Please note, all Youfoodz Snacks will be available over the Holiday period, while stocks last

                    Why can't I place my order for my usual delivery day?

                    Between Dec 21 and Jan 4, all deliveries will be based on our limited Holiday Menu. If you have ordered meals, snacks or juices that are not part of this Holiday Menu, we've given you the next available delivery day when those items will be available again. If you want an earlier delivery, please shop from the Holiday Menu only.


                    When will deliveries and orders go back to normal?

                    Youfoodz operations will resume as normal from January 2nd. Please refer to our Holiday Calendar for more information.


                    Will Customer Service be available over the holiday period?

                    Our Customer Service department will operate as normal until December 15th, and from January 2nd onwards. (Office hours are 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4pm on weekends.)

                    Our Holiday Customer Service hours are as follows:
                    December 16: 8am-4pm
                    December 17 to 21: 7:30am-6pm
                    December 22 and 23: 8am-4pm
                    December 24: 730am-4pm
                    December 25 and 26: CLOSED
                    December 27 and 28: 7:30am-4pm
                    December 29 and 30: 8am-4pm
                    December 31: 7:30am-3:30pm
                    January 1: CLOSED

                    Urgent Order Issues

                    For all urgent matters, please call Youfoodz Wholesale on (07) 3503 7480.

                    Account Issues

                    Email invoices@youfoodz.com in the first instance. For issues regarding your account such as invoice discrepancies or stop supply, please email invoices@youfoodz.com.

                    Refunds and Credits 

                    Any credits will be issued onto your wholesale account. If you paid via credit card (Paypal), please include your bank account details and the Accounts Receivable team (ar@youfoodz.com) will refund any approved credits into the bank account.

                    Order Receivable Issues

                    If there are any issues with the quantities of stock you receive, please email invoices@youfoodz.com with your order number and what items are missing, within three days of receiving your order.

                    For major issues (e.g. you have not received your order), please email or call Youfoodz Wholesale at wholesale@youfoodz.com or (07) 3503 7480. 

                    Wastage 

                    Send an email to invoices@youfoodz.com within 10 days of delivery with a photo of the stock along with your invoice number.
